Understood. Because that old discussion (that I missed) seemed poorly solved, I spent a few minutes implementing my suggestions and it is at least 40x faster on the first run, still giving identical results. See if it might help you in the future. Good look. We all keep learning! 😄

But why it is a dot shown at the array input in both cases? The one at the increment function in the first snippet is also strange.
