This program, Noise Statistics.vi, can be found in the Example lib. However, I just don't know how they can connect the Histogram, which is apparently a waveform chart, to a cluster like this. I tried, and the data type doesn't match. Could any one tell me what the trick is? I have read all the books on LabVIEW I have but it seems that every author just ignored this example.
ps: I know XY can be used. I just want to know how to use waveform chart to achieve this goal.

It's not a chart as you can see in the context help window when you move your mouse over it on the block diagram. It's an XY Graph.
p.s. I have no idea what you were trying to attach to your post. Use the 'Upload or insert image' button on the toolbar or use 'Add Attachments' below the message body. It looks like you were trying some weird hosting service. Don't do that.

This is the picture I tried to insert. Thank you for your suggestion about using the forum. But I still don't know whether it is a chart or a XY graph. I use mac, and I can see any information by move mouse click onto it.

You are right. Now I know how to do it right now and it is exactly an XY graph. Thanks a lot.
BTW, do you know how they can make it looks like a chart?

I mean, the icon of the XY graph in the block diagram in Noise Statistics.vi is not the same as we usually see. Right?
(Up: usual one; bottom: in Noise Statistics.vi)

I don't think I've ever used view as icon since they take up so much more diagram space.
Changing them all to icon view, I see what you are saying. I have no explanation.
