Incorrect VI logger task reading

Hi

I have an SCXI set up, output terminal SCXI - 1308, connected to a terminal box and several 4 to 20mA output transducers.

I've set up a NI-DAQmx task, and loaded this in VI logger tasks and no matter whether there is or there isnt a transducer connected to the selected output i get the same reading of 0.0200845.

Any suggestions why this is happening?

I would guess that:

1. You do not have the SCXI module set up properly in NI Max.

2. You do not have the sensor hooked up properly

3. The range of the device is not correct ni max.

4. The sensor is not working (try connecting it to something else and see if you see an expected change)

5. What ever module you are using has jumper and they are not set properly.

6. Wrong exicitation voltage

7. Not set up in LabVIEW properly

Just a few off the top of my head
