Indicator with side ways text

In my application I need to have vertical labels, indicators and controls. Is it possible to have theses object with side ways text in it?

Right Click on the text or label>>vertical Arrangement and choose how you want it

Is it possible to do the same with the text in the control or the indicator as well? This is what I wanted to do.

I need to display dynamic things counterclockwise.
