Input Voltage and Frequency to generate signal

I am new user of labview so do not know much details about it, I want to generate sine wave with varrying voltage and frequency.  first i want to load these values to creat sine wave (from excel file or using array) and then want to observe the characteristics of the signal with these varring V and f. is that possible , basically main idea is to observe power signal as from power grid
