What! Seriously, what do you mean? this makes no sense.  Kudos to anyone who can work it out from the title 😉

Did you use some translation tools? What do you really want to ask? Is it about how to decelerate the velocity of operation?

What we have here is a Russian student working on a cryllic keyboard.  (I learned to type on one and haven't really mastered a qwerty keyboard yet!)

DD is unsure what the error cluster is, why it is used so often and how it interacts with timeout values.

A basic tutorial of the Dataflow paradigm should be helpful.

So nothing to do with format specifiers then. Jeff I am seriously impressed!

I may be wrong about the exact location and keyboard (The recient rash of simillar posts are decidedly "Neculturny" so european locations are fairly much rulled out)  but the phrase structures seem to show a soviet influence rather than a oriental or indian mind set.
