Install and configure Labview 5.1

I am a computer tech and work for a company that runs the LabView 5.1 software. Yesterday the computer that ran the software crashed. Nobody in the department knows much about installing and configuring the software, just how to run it (which is more than i know about it). The only user who knew the software well is no longer employed here. Can I get phone support for the install and config? If so what # can I call?
