Installation error on GPS Toolkit

I am attempting to install GPS Toolkit 2.0 in evaluation mode on my Windows XP machine. I have LabView2012.  During the install, I get 86% through the process and then the install rolls back and removes all the files.  I then get an error message about not having permissions or access to hkey_local_machine32_software_wow6432node_microsoft_windows_html_help.  

I run the installation as administrator and should have full privileges to modify the registry.  However, this process always hangs at the same point. 

Any ideas or suggestions on how to overcome the installation issue?

Do you have your firewall or antivirus running during the installation? Sometimes that will cause issues with installs. Be sure that your firewall will let National Instruments downloads through and that your antivirus software is turned off during the install.

Noah,  Thanks for the advice.  This did not work, but I had success playing around  with pemissions.  All is good now.
