I've downloaded the Community version. When I start the installe, Nero ROM burning software starts up. Is this normal?

You downloaded an iso file, which is a image of an optical disk. Your nero software must have grabbed the default handling of ISO files.

See if you can "right-click...mount" or similar. (The default windows 10 action unless you have certain third party software installed). This should open it in explorer like a regular folder. What is your OS version?

I had the same problem. When I clicked on Mount, I got a message: "Sorry, there was a problem mounting the file".

This happened every time after repeating the download several times.

I'm using WIndows 10.
