That is not a problem. Both will be listed under "My products" on your NI profile.

Even though nothing really is wrong with that setup, I would make a separate account and re-download and register. I don't like to mix personal and work stuff at all. This way, it minimizes any chance of "misunderstandings" between you and said company, especially when it comes to IP (intellectual property).
The problem with doing that now that you have already installed at home is simply it could be complicated switching your Community Editions from one account to another. It might not be worth the effort to switch, after all.

If you have two PCs, a Work PC and a "Play" PC, you can install LabVIEW 2019 with your Work License on your Work PC, and install LabVIEW 2020 Community on your Play PC. According to the License Agreement, you will be unable (legally) to do any "work" on the Play PC (since LabVIEW Community is "not for Work"). Whether you do (or not) any "Play" development on your Work PC depends on your Company's Policies.
Notice I specified two PCs. It is tricky (but do-able) to install "LabVIEW for Business 2020" and "LabVIEW for Community 2020" (I'm playing fast-and-loose with the Official Names, but you get the idea) on the same PC -- you kind of need two Operating Systems, such as a Dual-boot Windows installation or a separate VM.
Once LabVIEW 2020 (not Community Edition) is released, you will have difficulty installing it on the machine you installed Community Edition.
