Installing LabVIEW 7

Hi
I see some problem while I m installing LabVIEW 7. There are missing Structures, File I/O and some other in function palettes. It is also missing Serial read/write VIs. What may be the reason. I had LabVIEW6.1 earlier and other softwares installed in my machine. I m only uninstalling LabVIEW 6.1 and installing LabVIEW 7. Plz suggest some solution.

There are no any interference between LabVIEW 6.1 and 7.0 (just I have no found). On my machine I have at the same time LabVIEWs 5.1/6.0.2/6.1 and 7.0.
Try first copy your CD to hard disk and then install not from CD, but from hard disk, may be it help.

Maybe you only see the express palette.
In the Palette-Options you can Change the "Plaette View" to "Advanced",
or click on "All Functions" in the Express-Palette.

Thanks for ur advice. this time I installed LabVIEW 6.1 and 7 both. Both are working fine except...the report generation VIs are not found in LabVIEW 7. So in the related codes, these subVIs are not being loaded. Anything wrong with the installation again..???
