Installing MAX

Hi guys, I downloaded the evaluation version of Labview 8.5 from the NI website, but did not find MAX on it, can anybody please guide me where and how can I install MAX on my pc.

If you install it , by default it max will also be installed ......

Yes I have installed the self extracting package on my pc but max was not installed....any solution ?

MAX is not installed with just LabVIEW. MAX is only installed with the installation of hardware drivers. If you want to use DAQmx, NI-GPIB, etc., then download what you want and then MAX will be automatically installed.

   Dennis is right, MAX is not distributed with LabView.  Instead, you'll find max bundled into the driver CDs accompaining NI Hardware, for example, I got my FieldPoint Hardware with FieldPoint drivers CD, which includes MAX.

   If you want the complete set of Drivers, here's your link (suitable for LV 8.5).  The only problem is that you can't download separately the three CDs, as was reportered in another post.
