Unfortunately your question is too generic, and it would be very difficult to get an answer.
As far as I understood, you are using a USB camera, and you want to acquire images in a LV application.
First of all, you would need NI IMAQ for USB driver http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/epd/p/id/5030
Or if you are using IMAQdx 3.4 or later, you won't need the special USB driver.
The NI-IMAQ for USB Cameras driver supports any camera with a DirectShow filter.
