Instrument IO Assistant can't find in Lower Version LabVIEW

Does  Instrument IO Assistant only use with Latest LabVIEW?

I install both LabVIEW 2011 SP1 and LabVIEW 2012 SP1,but i can't find  Instrument IO Assistant in LabVIEW 2011 SP1.

Is there any way possible to use Instrument IO Assistant in both Version of LabVIEW?

No, the assistant was available as far back as 8.0 I think.

Have you installed the Device Driver DVD including NI-VISA drivers after installing LabVIEW?

Yes, I installed the Latest 2013.02 Device Driver DVD, from here : http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/3802/lang/zhs

I CAN use Instrument IO Assistant in LabVIEW 2012 SP1 normally, but I can't find it in LabVIEW 2011 SP1.

My primary development environment is LabVIEW 2011 SP1, it is inconvenient.

I install the LabVIEW 2013 with Device Driver 2013.08, it seem that I could use Instrument IO Asisitant in Both LabVIEW 2013 and 2012SP1, But Still can't found in LabVIEW 2011 SP1.

I guess maybe there is something changed since Device Driver 2012.08.

I hope it maybe a bit help for other people.
