Intalling DSC RT doesn't put Historical Data in MAX

When I install the 8.6 DSC runtime it doesn't put the "Historical Data" in MAX.  This is just a common xp build with labview 8.6 on it.

Unfortunately  this is not the same issue.  I actually don't even see the label Historical Data.

It sounds like there might be something wrong with your Citadel database.  I would recommend either trying to reinstall Citadel or trying to reattach the existing database.  You might try to reinstall DSC and see if you unchecked Citadel or MAX support.  Please let me know if you have any problems!
