Intensity area mapping

Hey, fellow programmers

I got a question:

I got 6 int controls, and those represent an certain area in a intensity graph. Only to map those area's I used the replace array subset and for loops to draw lines and squires. only there got to be a better way to do this. in first graph had a scale of 50 by 50 and it was do able. only my new graph needs to have a scale of 1000 by 1000. if i map it on my way it would take ages to make it. so my question is there a better way of doing this.
