Interface between Matlab and Labview

I don't have any experience with this myself, but I might be able to help you if you could give a little more information. What specifically are you looking to do and what do you need assistance with? If it's specifically with the third party software then it might be more helpful to check Mathworks' resources to see if they have any documentation on this.

Thanks for your help JakeA. I have made a measurement program in Labview. With exception of setting input variables i have to repeat the same algorithm. Because of the fact that I am more familiar with Matlab and because I also do some analytical calculations with the same input variables. I want to write that iterative 'run/stop/repeat' algoritm in matlab.
