Run your VI for some amount of time to collect some data, then stop it.

Now choose Edit menu -> set current values as default.

Save your VI.

Attach the VI again - now we will find some "real" measurement data in your VI…

Btw. your VI is always displaying the data read in the current iteration of the loop. It will NOT show a history of data from previous iterations…
