Since RT is not running on Windows and the OS does not provide most of the services that Windows does, I would seriously doubt if it is susceptible to any generic viruses. Of course someone could write a specific virus for the RT OS (not giving anybody any ideas I hope).
LV RT can run some Windows compatible DLLs, depending on what functionality is required by the DLL. In RT, DLLs are loaded at boot time based on the settings in NI-RT.INI file. Since LV RT also runs an FTP server it may be susceptible to someone replacing or updating this file.
Make sure you limit access to your system by setting the access control lists for the VISA Server (using MAX on your hosts system), and for the LV/Web Server (from within the LV environment on the host while targ
etted to the RT system: Tools menu->RT Target options).
