Is analog triggering on multiple channels possible?

I am reading seven channels using a SCXI 1531... I have the first channel set up as the trigger channel, but I would like to be able for the DAQ to commence when any channel reaches the treshold that i specify

I know you can do it by running the acquisition continuously and checking for your threshold crossing in the loop. Throw out all data before any one of your channels reaches the specified threshold.

Dan, thanks for your advice, but I still am having trouble, because the analog channel and level input to the AI start only lets me input one channel... while i want to input 7 or 8.

Do not use the analog triggering feature. I'm telling you to let the DAQ happen continuously. Don't gate AI Start with anything. Just use your own code to determine when to save the data by checking for threshold crossing.
