Is it possible to integrate Front Panel developed in CVI with block diagram developed in Labview Graphical environment?

I am working with a team of developers where one team mate is going to design the front panel using Labwindows CVI and other team mates are going to develop the code (block daigarm) using Labview Graphical programming software.

My query is, Is it possible to intergarte both? if yes, then how?
