Is there a WinDiff type program/tool I can use to checks Diffs between VI's ?

I am looking for a tool or program that I can use to check for differences between VI's. Something like WinDiff.
The program should be able to point directly at the differences and highlight those differences.
Anybody out there knwo of any such application ?

The professional version of LabView has an option to do that, to compare and see what the differnce is
