Is there a way to write scales back to MAX from LabVIEW?

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to write scale and offset information back into the current .daq file after modifying it within LabVIEW. I've used Get Channel Information to extract the scale/offset info from the file but there doesn't seem to be an equivalent write function.

This is functionality that we have asked for from NI for a long time. While there is a back door way to do it, formal support still not there (yet).

Could you be more specific as to how theese calibraiton data (scaling parameters or table) are changed via the "backdoor" ?
