Is there any NI CAN experience with GMLAN CAN Bus out there?

What vi's / drivers are there?
What are the most useful specs to use?

The NI CAN cards or drivers do not support the GM LAN protocol. The tranceiver requirements for the GM LAN protocol differ from the NI CAN tranceiver specs.

Is this still a true statement?  I see nothing that should prevent it from working, but I can not believe that no one has done this by now unless it still can not be done.  If not, what is preventing it from working?
Thanks

It looks like it should be possible. What kind of hardware are you using??

I put a posting up in the CAN section as well, I found this by making a generic search for GMLan.  I have a PXI  8464 with two ports (who knows what the future may hold) and I am working on the slow speed GMLan bus.  Naturally, the NI examples are broken and give an error at the configuration VI, so since they are calling to DLLs, I am unsure what the error actually is.  So, I am looking for an example that someone has working with any of the NI CAN bus products and the slow speed GMLan.  I have stuff working using a Griffin and Saint CAN module, so I just need to get the NI hardware 'off the ground' so to speak.
Thanks,
Paul
