Is there any SCADA library available for labview?

I need to design an interface as shown in the figure. I need the cables to turn to green colour when the contact between them is closed or turn to red when it is open. Can something like this be done in labview?

You can do it in LabVIEW.

If it is a simple project, you could manage with 2D-picture controls and showing different pictures to color the pipes.

You might want to look at the DSC add-on. It can do SCADA-stuff.
