I would like to learn the cRIO platform (Realtime and FPGA) without bying it.

Is there anywhere I can rent a myRIO cheaply? Or a sbRIO or a cRIO?

(The Realtime and FPGA Module evaluation I can ask at NI)

There is no any officially platform for renting NI hardware, instead of that I advice you to work with simulation. Here is the article, that can help you to simulate your FPGA.

As someone who works regularly with electrorent I can confirm that they rent NI gear and are awesome to work with but cheap they are not, unfortunately. 

For inexpensive learning you could check out quartus.

I have two myRIOs that I had been using for teaching VeriStand courses (VeriStand config file for myRIO). I am not teaching anymore and would be willing to donate those two myRIOs.

However, I do not think it would be worth it to ship them to Germany. In any case, if someone is interested, and has an easy way to have one (or both) shipped, or to be picked up, I would be happy to give them.

I am located in the immediate south / south-east Seattle area. I can drop them in that area if anyone is interested.

Honestly, I am mostly concerned about the time it will take me to pack and arrange shipping. Otherwise I would have offered those on eBay (where I purchased them).

If you can arrange packing and shipping, I would be willing to drop it at the shipper of your choice (as long as it is in my area).
