Is this how fast my timed loop is running?

I'm just trying to confirm something, since I'm so new to this. I have a compactrio 9074. When I right click on in my project tree, select properties, and go under scan engine, I have the period set to 100ms.

In my timed loop, I have the timing source set to synchronize to scan engine, with a period of 1. Does that mean the period is actually 100ms?

Synchronize to Scan Engine—Synchronizes the timed structure to the NI Scan Engine. Using this timing source, the timed structure executes at the end of each scan. The period between iterations corresponds to the Scan Period setting you configure on the Scan Engine page. This option is only available on targets that support the NI Scan Engine
