Issue installing LabVIEW 2025 Q1 & Q3

Hi,

I have windows 11 OS. I have tried to install (32-bit) LabVIEW 2025 Q1 and 2025 Q3. I have tried both offline install and the downloaded installer. Both result in the same issue. The installer hangs when its in the process of ''Installing NI LabVIEW Offline Help Manual'', the square timer in the interface is still moving, but the progress bar does not move. I have kept the install options to a minimum and just include the NI-488.2 GPIB drivers. 

I have older versions of LabVIEW installed e.g. LV 2022 but can't get 2025 version - Any thought ?

The command line option ("taskkill /IM NIOfflineHelpViewer.exe /F") worked for me this time around -see below
