Iw ould like to display one stationary picture from Autocad and another picture moving on it. Will it also be possible to display a 2 dimensional animation from Autocad onto LabVIEW?
I want to simulate a sensor moving along a piece of metal to scan for cracks or defects. X and Y Co-ordinates will show the position of the cracks/defects on the shaft.
You can use ActiveX to display an Autocad picture, or export your picture from autocad to a bmp or something displayable by labview. To simulate your sensor an option could be putting a XY-graph over the picture and make it transparent, so you can place a cursor and move it along the picture, or move it programatically using the formulae you want.
