Json find item error code : 402841

i using a json find item and it shows error code 402841 and it says 

JSONtext.lvlib:Find Item.vi<APPEND>

is it normal? i can't see my data was appear/shown in my front panel. how do i fix this?

You have to provide us with more info. How about the actual JSON string you are trying to parse... and which item you want to find.
