FYI, I just re-requested a CLD recertification code.  I am posting this here as I requested this a month ago.  It said to allow at least a week.  Hopefully the process will just work this time, but just in case ...

Did you contact your local NI representative?

Generally, that should be enough.  Otherwise you can contact customer service.
