Hi Vinay
Thanks for your BIG effort and sharing the driver with us. Somehow I am not able to get any measurement running with it. I try to use the USB-Connection.
-In the VI "FGV_Communication Type", I set the "Comm Type In" as "USB" and Action as "Set" and run the VI.
-In the VI "Initialize" I type the Device Port "USB" (no selection possible!?!)
When I run the VI, I get the Error code 532480, "Opening the device failed"
Some additional information:
-When using the LK-Navigator form Keyence, the Measurement runs well => The connection, cables,... are okee
-The Keyence-Device is not listed in NI MAX.
-In Windows device manager, WDF USB for Keyence LK-G is listed
-System: Win10, 64bit,
-Labview: V19.0.1 (32bit)
Any idea what is wrong?
Thanks, David

NI-MAX will not and should not recognize your Keynce device. It does not have any NI-VISA compatible USB interface. Theoretically you could create a NI-VISA raw USB device configuration with the wizard in NI-MAX but don't do that! It will claim the device and make it unavailble for the Keyence software. That may sound like peanuts if you hope to control the device through NI-VISA but the problem is that Keyence does not document the low level USB protocol for its devices and you can not create a driver in NI-VISA on your own without lots and lots of reverse engineering, which is a very tedious job.

Dear all
I suggest you get in contact with Keyence. They provided me a LabView-Program for my LK-G3001p-System which runs perfectly!

Hi David.Di
Can you send me the Labview program? I am trying to contact the provider but I have no response.
Thanks.
