LAbview 8.5 Chart

Hello

I have a chart in a vi, configured as a sweep chart.

It is like every time it comes to the end, and will do auto scale labview
and everything dies with error codes..

Any one have a suggestion ?

Yes, be more specific and possibly attach a simplified VI that shows the problem.

  • What is "it"?
  • What is your OS?
  • What is "everything"? (program crash, LabVIEW crash, OS crash, end of the world, ...)?
  • What are the error codes?

It would really help if you provided the actual error codes. Don't make someone try to guess. Attaching at least an image of your block diagram would also help. Attching the actual VI would be even better.

I have located it to be in the char when running in sweep char mode, the 2
other modes does not do it, even i a simle while loop with 10ms delay, and a
random generator connected to a chart in sweep mode, it crashes.

This works just fine here. I cannot reporduce this problem.

Such a VI works just fine in sweep mode (tried both the modern and the classic chart). Is there anything that prevents you from attaching the simple demo program you described? Maybe something is corrupt.

Since you apparently have other problems, make sure there is nothing wrong with your computer. Maybe check the disk for errors.
