No error on my PDA.

Whenever I run into this sort of behaviour, I just hard-reset the PDA.:(

Compilation is OK on my PC (W2K).

I don't have my PDA with me today (and I feel naked!) but it compiles and runs OK on the emulator.  Just a thought, could you have changed or broken a VI.lib VI that is correct on our machines?

Hope that this helps,
Bob Young

How would I know if I broke a VI library. I haven't really modified any of the NI VI libraries. At least I know the VI works.. I'll have to recheck that computer, oddly enough this is a fresh install of win2k on a laptop.

If it is a fresh install, it is probably not a vi.lib problem.  Besides, it is very rare.

Some other things to check are:  Are your eMbedded Visual C++ (sp4) and Pocket PC 2003 SDK (4.2.0) the same version as ours?  I installed and updated mine in December.  If the versions are different, that could be something.

Overall, I am not sure why you are getting an error.  Sorry that I am not more help,
Bob Young

Well it appears it was not NI's fault, but rather MS. I reinstalled the c++ compiler and the pocketpc SDK and it all appears to be working.
thank you.
