LV 8.6 looses sizing handles under decoration

Never noticed this one.  The "Bug appears to go away if you send the frame to back before locking.

Hi gsussman,

This was reported to R&D (# CAR ID) for further investigation. A possible workaround is to keep the control in front and not move it backward for the time being. Thanks for the feedback!
