LV search for old dll names while launching application

Hi,
I posted this question a few days ago under Gabs's profile.
The solution that came didn't helped me much more - the dll calls are ok and the "application name".ini is empty.
The problem subsists:
while launching my application, LV searches for dll names that doesn't exist any more (although all works very well when the project an .llb is).

The problem is serious, I need help.

I work with LV6.0.2 under Win2000.

This ain't going to be easy or pretty but here goes.

Create a new VI. Drop half of your VI's in it.

Do the build and see if you still have the "issues". If so, one of the VIs you have included is the culprit. Toss half and retry. Continue until you find offending VI.

Once you know which VI is doing you in, we should be able to help.

I did not say this was easy did i?
