In the addons, under the supervised learning section we get LVQ - what does the number of classes denote , how to decide the number of neurons and their learning rate and what does labels stand for?
i am trying to do genre classification using neural networks by giving input of samples of the .wav file-i.e. data preparation part.
I didnt understand how the LVQ works.
Do i need to split my data??
