LabVIEW 2020 FPGA IP Export Utility not working

I have installed LabVIEW 2020 SP1, LabVIEW FPGA 2020, Vivado 2019.1 compilation tools, and the FPGA IP Export utility (encrypted netlist mode) all in eval mode. The NI License manager snapshot in show below. However, I do not see the option of "Export VI to Netlist File" even when I use the example VI that comes with the utility. Is there anything that I am missing?

I figured it out. The problem is because of 2020 SP1. Thanks anyway
