LabVIEW 2021 Release Notes

Thanks for the info. I can't speak for everyone else, but I'm actually looking for something closer to patch notes. The other 'upnote' docs were essentially a list of new features and bug fixes, which is what I'm curious about. I've already upgraded to '21 and been running without issues for a while now; I just like the notes because sometimes new features are buried.
