LabVIEW 2022 ni instrument finder does not work

I am trying to connect to ni instrument finder, at first it did not recognize to my account mail and password and I tried to connect my PC through university WIFI  and now it could not connect to the internet 

I am using Labview as academic license, and I made sure that the SW is activated and licensed

Sorry, I'm not familiar with the ni instrument finder.  Did you mean the "NI Instrument Driver Finder"?

Hmmm, the original problem is that you couldn't log in, and I suppose that is why you can't access it.  Why you couldn't log in is, unfortunately, anyone's guess.  The second question seems to be a question more for your university's IT department.
