Can I get the LabVIEW 5.0 Application Builder User Manual in .pdf format?

You can get the release notes here. There wan't a separate user manual if my somewhat rusty memory is correct.

That is correct. The title didn't reflect that the document contains information such as you would find in a user guide. For LabVIEW 7.0, we changed the title to LabVIEW Application Builder User Guide to better reflect the content of the document.
