LabVIEW 6.0.2 crash error in "image.cpp" line 3000

I am using Windows NT4.0, LabVIEW 6.0.2, Imaq 2.5 with PCI1409 board, Imaq Vision 6.0. My program crashes with a message given: "image.cpp" line 3000.
I tried reinstall all software and have no luck.

Can someone please tell me what this error is about and how to fix it?
