LabVIEW 7.1 PDA Active X available?

Hello all:

Lots of good stuff in LabVIEW 7.1 for PDA. However, one of the things lacking in the previous version was the ability to integrate Active X into a Pocket PC application. Is this available now? Then too, LabVIEW has the ability to create DLLs for deployment on desktops. Can you create DLLs for deployment on PDAs with version 7.1?
