My App Builder was not activated after I activated LV. When I got my codes back from NI via email, it had codes for LV Prof, App Builder, and CVI FDS. To activate the App Builder, use Start/Programs/NI/NI Liscence Manager. In the tree on the left pane, find App Builder and select it to enter your activation code. It should then have a full green box like the Development System does.
