Is there any equivalent of a DLL library on linux? Is it supported in LabVIEW for Linux?
Is there any chart that could compare Windows and Linux version of LabVIEW?

The linux/unix equivalent of a DLL is a shared object (*.so) file. Yes, LabVIEW supports these in linux/unix. I am not aware of any chart that describes all the differences.
