We do not have this driver on the Instrument Driver Network and I could not find one on the vendor's site either. You may want to follow up with the vendor directly, as sometimes they have LabVIEW code they use internally that is not formally distributed via their website.
My guess is that the command set should be fairly small for that type of instrument. Therefore, writing LabVIEW code to do direct I/O with the instrument or using the Instrument I/O Assistant should be fairly easy. If your customer can part with the instrument for an extended amount of time, we may be able to develop a driver here.
