I have an exe on server that is being acces by multiple computer. I want to update the exe, by overwriting the old exe with the new exe, but my PC is staying that something is accessing the exe, so I can't overwrite it. I close all instances of the exe, but the error persist. Is there a way to kick the unknown people off who are using the exe? Is there a better way of doing this? Thanks!

Hello,
I have been searching the web and One thing I found points out that if you have already launched the web Executable. you might want to restart then update the Web Service. I will try to find other solutions if this does not work in your case.

This will give you control form the host machine to kick people off the Web Service so you can update it, block others, or modify its activity.

But it is just an exe on a server computer and not a webservice.
