LabVIEW HIL example VI avialable?

I am a LabVIEW novice, having used it in my undergraduate days for simple instrument data logging.  Now I've decided to try to use it in a HIL environment, which is a little more complex, and I was hoping to find some example VI's to check out.  I did find this article:

I was hoping I could get a copy of the actual VI demonstrated there, or something similar.  Anyone know where something like that might be available to get me started down the right path?

I would suggest just typing in HIL inthe Search on ni.com and you will see many more tutorials and demos. Also, on the left hand side you can narrow down the search results by Examples and you will find several to start out with.
