LabVIEW PXI-8431/4

Hi,

I am trying to configure PXI-8431/4 to two wire mode for RS 485 and also DTR/No Echo. I am trying to find some online material for the same. Can anyone suggest some good online links that will help me with programming PXI-8431/4 in LabVIEW. Thank You.

And if You need code examples, at least You should told us what should it do. LabVIEW code is mainly the same, You can find them in the Find Examples window.

I tried downloading the driver. But it kept showing that the file is infected with a virus and the antivirus kept removing it.

Hi,

Try to update the chassis  software from NI MAX window, Right click on it and set add/remove software. It will recommend You the best option, update it then tell us whether it works or not.

I tried right clicking on the NI MAX window and nothing is happening.

You need to find Your devise at NI MAX window and when You open it , the last option there must be software. Right click on it, the only option is add/remove software. Try once more.
