Hi Tom,

Try to copy the contents to your hard drive and then installing. Have you tried this on any other computer?

Hi Karunya - thanks for your post - it helped resolve my problem.

For others that are experiencing the same issue.....

I am running on a Dell Laptop w the detached DVD drive. I tried copying the DVD to my harddrive but kept on getting errors. I then took the whole thing home, copied the DVD through my home PC to a share, then installed the drivers from the share. The only issue I ran into is that at some point it is going to ask you to insert the second driver CD (eeeerh?). Point it a the directory ending in "-2", You would have probably figured out on your own, but hey! Good to know.

I connected the cRIO to my home network (on 192.168.x). MAX found it at 0.0.0.0. I enabled dyncamic IPs, and am now connected.

Life is good!
